How do I get support?˅

How does subscription cancellation work?˅

If an app offers a subscription, cancellation is usually done through the store where the purchase was made, not directly on this site.

iPhone (Apple)

Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, select the app, and cancel.

Android (Google Play)

Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select the app, and cancel.

How does refund work?˅

When a purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests usually need to be handled by the store itself.

iPhone (Apple)

Requests are usually made through Apple's support platform associated with your purchase.

Android (Google Play)

Requests are usually made through the orders and purchases section of your Google Play account.

How do I restore purchases?˅

If an app offers purchases or a subscription, restoring them usually depends on the account used in the device's store.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account from the original purchase and look for a Restore purchases option inside the app, when that feature exists.

How do I delete my account?˅

If an app offers a user account, deletion may be available within the app itself or by request via contact.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a subscription, it must be cancelled separately through the store.
